Qualifications
Refresher courses require previous course certification and attendees must have a current training certificate (or within 1 year expired) to take refresher course. A copy will need to be provided if the class was not taken at Public Health and Safety.
Payment
Payment must be received Prior to class start time.
Attendance
Please arrive on time and plan accordingly. Arrivals over 15 minutes past the start of class will need to reschedule due to regulatory requirements. All students are expected to be present for the entire length of the class, without exceptions. If any time is missed, you certificate could be forfeited.
Cancellations
Cancellations or transfers may be made up to 24 hours in advance. Refunds or transfers will not be provided for cancellations within 24 hours of course start date or no shows.
If a course is canceled due to low enrollment, a full refund will be made or a 25% discount will be provided if you reschedule for the same course on a different date with Public Health & Safety.

Please note: To ensure compliance with state regulatory agencies – Illinois classes require at least 10 business days notification and 30 calendar days for Indiana.
Duplicate Certification
Certificate copies will be made available for a $25.00 fee per request. Please allow up to 2 business days to receive duplicate certificate.
