Lead-Based Paint Inspector Training – This course is the 24-hour lead based paint inspector training which covers lead history, lead health effects, XRF use, radiation safety, conduct of visual exams, dust and soil sampling that may be required clearance exams, report preparation and current state and federal regulations. Course meets Illinois training requirements.  Illinois-approved.

16 hour initial training for those who conduct lead risk assessments, this course adds to the 24-hour inspector training topics visual examinations,  owner/occupant relations, hazard control options and plans, ongoing monitoring schedules, report preparation and current state and federal regulations. Course meets Illinois training requirements.

Prerequisite: Lead Inspector Initial Class. Illinois-approved.
