Per requirement of Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), this Training Course qualifies the Certified Manager’s of Community Associations® (CAMA) for 4-hours of continuing education credits.
A-092 CAMICB ASBESTOS AWARENESS:
This course provides general and site specific training for the custodial and construction personnel per requirements of Occupational Health & Safety Administration requirements. The course agenda includes basic level instruction the following topics: A history of asbestos; applications and usage of asbestos; effects of asbestos on health; requirements of medical surveillance; up to date basic state and federal regulations; and instructions to avoid asbestos disturbance.
COURSE PREREQUISITES:
Site specific instruction highly recommends the availability Operations and Management Plan and/or Asbestos Building Inspection(s)
